Designer Notes:

This is one of my favorites.
It is tropical yet it can fit in any decor.
It is traditional because of the carving yet shows slick, modern lines.
The best design craftsmanship detail of this chair is
in the way the veined skirt goes around the legs.
The dining table which partners this chair has this same detail but in a larger scale.
The form of the leg was inspired in the shape of the classic Greek anfora vase.
The leg rope carving has proportion and fluidity.
The chair’s back is lineal, straight and simple making
the uncarved back legs and skirt the contrast
needed for balancing the intricate work of the piece.
